Marie Israel is a Senior Analyst focused on community engagement. She supports outreach strategies for initiatives such as Solar for All, helping connect communities with resources and opportunities in clean energy and resilience. With a background in communications, Marie applies her experience in messaging, digital outreach, and public-facing materials to make information more accessible and actionable for communities.
In her previous role as a Communications Specialist at HARC, Marie managed content for HARC’s social media channels and website, analyzing and reporting on their performance metrics, and ensuring brand consistency across HARC’s communications channels; all to increase HARC’s brand recognition, engagement, and reach.
Prior to working at HARC, Marie worked in communications within the clean beauty space. She first worked as a Communications Lead for a start-up B2C e-commerce brand and then as a Social Media Manager for a local skincare clinic.
Marie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in French and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Houston.
