Becky Robinson is HARC’s Executive Office Manager. She is responsible for providing comprehensive executive support to HARC’s President and CEO and Vice President of Business Operations, which includes meeting coordination, document administration, communication outreach, and managing building inventory. Mrs. Robinson is also the liaison to HARC’s Board of Directors and Executive Team, managing meeting logistics and materials for each group.
Mrs. Robinson manages the organization’s overall office operations. She works closely with HARC’s Business Administration team, preparing documentation and coordinating activities in the areas of contracts, grants, audit, and accounting. She also works with HARC’s Project Coordinators to manage internal meetings for all staff.
Mrs. Robinson has worked for HARC for 25 years, and is an effective and thoughtful manager. As a result of her insight and efforts, many of HARC’s systems and processes have been streamlined and improved.
Prior to joining HARC, Mrs. Robinson held multiple managerial positions across the Houston area. She worked as an Office Manager for a law firm, an Administrative Executive Assistant for two different hospital systems, and as a Personal Assistant to a hospital system’s owner.
