Tiffanie Walker joined HARC in July 2024 as the Development Specialist. Her primary responsibilities at HARC include managing the philanthropy database, strategic philanthropy planning, and cultivating donor relationships. She plays a pivotal role in coordinating donor outreach and contribution tracking, aiming to enhance HARC’s fundraising efforts and community engagement.
Tiffanie brings over six years’ experience in nonprofit development, specializing in donor management and fundraising strategies. Throughout her philanthropic career, she has successfully managed donations totaling over $15 million, underscoring her dedication to leveraging resources effectively for impactful causes. Before joining HARC, Ms. Walker held development roles focusing on donor stewardship and database administration at the Houston Christian High School and Goodwill Industries of Houston. She also served as a Police Officer at the Jacinto City Police Department for over five years.
Ms. Walker has a certification from the University of Houston in Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE), where she ranked in the top 25% of her class. She also has a Blackbaud certification from Blackbaud University. In her spare time, Tiffanie is an Advisory Board Member for the nonprofit, 1Voice 1Blanket.
