Mr. Scott Gall joined HARC in 2017. As a financial accountant with over 20 years of experience, Mr. Gall has worked for large accounting firms across the nation. In his role as Business Administration Manager, he seeks to maintain and steward HARC’s financial growth and health.
Mr. Gall is self-motivated and team-oriented, with a keen ability to analyze financial metrics to enable informed, astute business decisions. His leadership in this capacity allows HARC to capitalize on opportunities and minimize risk.
In his role, Mr. Gall supports the financial and budgetary reporting for each of HARC’s research programs. In addition, he is responsible for cash-flow management, compliance reporting, and the integrity of the general ledger, which includes the preparation of journal entries, coding invoices, and account analysis.
A graduate of the University of Nebraska with a degree in Business Administration, he is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and received the Not-for-Profit Certificate II from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.
