Scott Gall is the Manager of Business Administration and is responsible for maintaining and stewarding HARC’s financial growth and health.
As a financial accountant with over 20 years of experience, Mr. Gall has worked for large accounting firms across the nation. His experience has resulted in a keen ability to analyze financial metrics to enable informed, astute business decisions. His leadership in this capacity allows HARC to capitalize on opportunities and minimize risk.
Mr. Gall supports the financial and budgetary reporting for each of HARC’s research programs. In addition, he is responsible for cash-flow management, compliance reporting, and the integrity of the general ledger, which includes the preparation of journal entries, coding invoices, and account analysis.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has also received the Not-for-Profit Certificate II from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.
