Raymond E. Cline, Jr. is a self-employed entrepreneur. He is President/CEO of RWI Mining, LLC and Managing Director of ClineHair Commercial Endeavors, LLC. Ray’s business interests include blockchain technology and its application to energy, financial services, supply chain/logistics, and complex integrated systems. Dr. Cline’s career has included senior positions at CGI, the University of Houston, EDS/HP, Science Applications International Corporation, the American Petroleum Institute, and Sandia National Laboratories.
Dr. Cline earned a Doctorate in Chemical Physics from the University of Illinois and a BS in Chemistry from Kent State University.
