Domonique Green is the Communications Specialist. She works closely with HARC’s research, communications, and development teams to develop and deliver communications strategies to help promote and market HARC, its mission, and research programs and initiatives. Her main responsibilities include developing content for internal and external communications, managing public and media relations, and finding compelling stories and opportunities to market and elevate HARC’s brand.
Ms. Green has five years of experience working in marketing and communications across different industries, including education, museums, and media and journalism. She was the Marketing and Communications Manager at Texas A&M University College of Medicine where she oversaw internal and external communications, including press releases, social media content, newsletters, media relations, graphic design, and strategic marketing for all campuses. Prior to that, Domonique was the Communications Manager at the University of Minnesota’s Boynton Health Clinic, managing internal communications and supporting external communications. She has also held marketing and communications positions at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture, Tinder, The Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting, and NJI Media.
Domonique graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Howard University in Washington, D.C.
