Cateri Dixon is the Community Engagement & Environmental Education SCA Intern at HARC. In her role, she focuses on promoting community engagement, supporting the ForUsTree project, and participating in the development of climate equity and informal educational initiatives. Cateri’s work involves collaborating with HARC’s teams to foster environmental stewardship and drive impactful community projects.
Ms. Dixon joined HARC in October 2024. Before joining HARC, she spent two years as a Conservation Leader with the Texas A&M Forest Service, where she worked alongside the State Conservation Education Coordinator on projects like Virtually WILD Texas and the Statewide Conservation Education Plan. In addition to her environmental background, Cateri holds a unique welding certification, which showcases her diverse skill set.
Cateri graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a Bachelor of Science in Rangeland Ecology and Management.
