Cullen K. Geiselman, PhD

Vice Chair

Cullen K. Geiselman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University and an Master of Arts and Doctorate in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Columbia University. Her research focuses on seed dispersal and pollination by bats and has coauthored a book with botanists from the New York Botanical Garden entitled, Seed Dispersal by Bats in the Neotropics.

In addition to her research, she works with her family on business matters and philanthropy and serves on the Board of Directors of the Houston Zoo, the Houston Arboretum and Nature Center, Bat Conservation International, Contemporary Art Museum Houston, and the Blaffer Art Museum at University of Houston. She also volunteers her time with the National Park Conservation Association, the Nature Conservancy, the Menil Collection, and the Cullen Trust for Health Care.
