HARC Promotes a Dozen Staff Members in Preparation for 2022 Research and Policy Agenda

Houston, TX (January 5, 2020) – HARC promoted 12 staff members across all of its project and management teams. These promotions prepare the organization for a robust year of scientific research and policy analyses. 

“HARC is overflowing with talent,” said John Hall, President and CEO of HARC. “These promotions recognize the contributions these team members have made to the organization and better articulate the role they will play as we expand our sustainability policy and research in Texas.” 

Located in The Woodlands, Texas, HARC provides independent air, energy, and water research and policy analysis that helps city, county, state and federal leaders find and deploy sustainable solutions.

All promotions and new roles within the organization will be effective January 1, 2022.
