Gavin Dillingham, Program Director, Clean Energy Policy, will present at the BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association Building) EXPO at the NRG Center in Houston on May 19, 2016 at 1:30 pm. The title of Gavin's presentation is "Keeping PACE in Texas Seminar".

Houston’s PACE – Property Assessed Clean Energy – Program is an economic development tool established by the Houston City Council last November. The program enables businesses to tie financing for energy and water efficiency and on site generation property improvements to the property. The result is long term affordable financing with payments less than the resulting utility savings. PACE allows your investment in these property improvements to be cash flow positive. Learn how this alternative financing option enables project financing that improves your property while increasing your net operating income. Sound too good to be true? PACE is both good and true; learn how your business can take advantage of PACE.
